1. The program combines the study of creativity (viewing the exhibits of the museum) with tapping creativity for self discovery and growth. 2. The training follows the dialectic conflict resolution process on a daily basis and in the course of the six day training. 3. Trainees study the process as a natural science phenomenon and identify it integrating meaningfully episodes in their lives. 4. The training leads to insights, skills, knowledge and attitude change, a personal transformation based on emotional and intellectual growth. |
1. The Conflict Resolution Process is the unconscious as a natural science phenomenon and the Unit of moral order. 2. The process is introducing new diagnostic categories; four alternative ways of resolving conflict. 3. The process allows us to tap creativity for self discovery and growth and thus to identify how a person resolves conflict. 4. The process is an abstract moral paradigm clarifying moral values as the three principals of conflict resolution: Mastery, Cooperation, and Mutual Respect. |
